100% Warranty

If the product is damaged, we are happy to take responsibility according to the conditions and appropriateness)

  • Chairs
    • Chairs with armrests should not be hung, pressed down hard, or sat on the armrests, which may cause the chair to tip over and be damaged. This is because the armrests are designed to support the weight of the arms only.
    • The legs of the chair should be placed on the floor completely (e.g., do not lean back and lift the two front legs of the chair up). This is because the chair is designed to support a balanced weight when all legs are placed.
    • Do not sit on top of each other on the chair (sit on each other’s laps). This may cause the chair to be unable to support more weight than specified.
    • If the shop focuses on foreign customers or people who weigh a lot, it is recommended to use chairs with metal legs, which will have a longer lifespan

  • Cabinets and shelves
Although products such as tall shelving units are designed with proper balance in mind, for your own safety, it is recommended that a professional be employed to assemble the product with the wall. This is to prevent danger that may occur to adults, children, or animals coming in contact with, hitting, climbing, and hanging, resulting in the product knocking down.
  • Products with hinges
such as cabinet doors and electrical outlet boxes have a limited opening range. Do not push them all the way in, as this may damage the hinges.
  • About materials
    • Products cannot endure sharp objects such as knives, utility knives, and scissors.
    • All types of materials, wood, iron, and cushions, use plain water to clean. Do not use liquids or chemicals. Be careful about chemicals that spill and damage the surface, such as perfumes, softgels.
    • Avoid placing the furniture under direct sunlight or rain, as authentic wood can still absorb moisture albeit being processed before. Shrinking and swelling may occur naturally based on the temperature at the time.

  • Storing products if not in use
If the customer has not used the product yet and wants to store the product first, the customer should unpack the packaging material to allow air to circulate easily (can use cloth or other materials to cover to prevent dust) to allow the product to release moisture and not be too hot or too tight.
