A product order requires a full detail of name/code, size, color, as well as quantity of that product. (You can also save a product’s image directly).

Confirm an order

We will confirm your order, your product queue, as well as the ship date.

Payment

After confirmation you will have to pay 50% deposit upon queue booking, and remaining 50% upon completion of a job according to payment methods we provide. (An invoice will be provided after initial 50% payment). It takes 20-40 days for completion.

Limited quantity per month

We limit customer orders to only 150-200 per month. Our furniture is all delicate work that needs to be carefully built. Thus, a queue system is based on 50% deposit payment. A customer who pays first will be served first each month. (If the customer has already paid a deposit, the product cannot be changed. If the customer cancels the order or refuses to receive the product, through no fault of the company, the customer will not be able to refund the deposit under any circumstances.)
